Bob Clouser's baitfish pattern, and the one streamer most guides would keep if they could keep only one. The weighted dumbbell eyes ride the hook point up, so it swims inverted and comes through rock and weed far cleaner than a conventional streamer. Yellow is the high-visibility dressing: stained water, low light, or any time you want the fish to find the fly rather than inspect it. Fish it on a slow strip with pauses and let the jigging action do the work.
