Flies are tied to order. We would rather give you an honest date than a flattering one.
Lead time before dispatch
In-stock patterns dispatch within two to three working days. Where a pattern or size has to be tied, allow seven to ten working days on the bench before dispatch — we will tell you at the point of order which applies, rather than after you have paid.
Curated boxes are assembled to order and generally take the longer of the two.

Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the destination country may attract import duty or tax, which is set by the destination and is the recipient's responsibility unless the checkout has collected it. We declare goods accurately and at their real value. We will not mark a parcel as a gift or under-declare it, which is fraud regardless of how routinely it is asked for.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking and you get the number when the parcel leaves. If tracking has not moved in a week, write to us and we will chase it rather than asking you to.
