Orders and questions
The fastest route for anything about a specific product is the enquiry form on that product's page — it tells us which pattern and size you mean without a round trip.
For anything else, write to us and say what you need. If it is about an existing order, include the order reference.
Trade, custom and press
Wholesale enquiries: tell us the patterns, sizes and quantities, and where it is shipping, and we will quote rather than send a brochure. Custom tying: send a sample fly or a written dressing. Press and stockist enquiries are welcome and go to the same address.
Faults
If a fly was not tied to the published spec, send a photograph and your order reference. You do not need to post it back for us to act on it.
