A rotary vice with a jaw that actually holds a size 22, the six tools you cannot tie without, and enough hooks, thread, beads and materials to tie four of our patterns properly. Specified so that nothing in it has to be replaced within a season — the usual failure of a cheap starter kit is a vice that will not hold a hook. Comes with the written specs our own tyers work to.
