The most useful dry fly ever designed, because it is not an imitation of anything in particular — a grey body and mixed grizzly-and-brown hackle read as almost any mayfly on the water. The parachute hackle sits the body flush in the surface film like a real dun, and the white post means you can actually see it at distance and in broken light.
